Meet The Admin

Ashley is the administrative heart of Restoring Vida Therapy. She oversees communication from the office, making sure clients have the information they need and that our therapists are supported in their work. If you receive an email or update from Restoring Vida, chances are it came from her. With a passion for organization and care for each detail, Ashley helps keep everything running smoothly so our therapists can focus on what matters most; supporting you.

Hola! I'm a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California, practicing for about 4 years. My work with clients involves building trust, providing a safe space, and utilizing interventions that are designed to help clients manage their emotional distress, regulate their behavior, and work toward long-term change. I also strive to normalize that life is made up of both highs and lows- emotional, social, academic, and developmental areas.

Laura Anaya

Hola! I am a bilingual Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) based in Southern California. I earned my BA in Social Work from Cal State Los Angeles, where I worked with middle and high school students providing one-on-one therapy sessions. During my last year at Cal State Long Beach, where I earned my MSW, I interned as a mental health therapist at a community college. I also gained experience at a non-profit supporting unhoused clients and those in Section 8 housing. I am passionate about serving BIPOC clients and creating a safe, supportive space where they can process experiences, explore their emotions, and heal.

Being Bilingual, it allows me to be able to connect with people who may be struggling to find an experienced therapist who cannot only speak Spanish, but also connect culturally as well as understand certain traditions. I have the ability to be able to work with multi generational families with different language preferences as well as with biracial/bicultural couples who have struggle to understand each others traditions, languages and culture.
